My vision for The Vale Collection was shaped long before I entered the hospitality industry. I am a Physician Assistant by trade and began my career in Orthopedic Trauma before spending nearly a decade practicing Emergency Medicine. I later transitioned into Medical Aesthetics and entrepreneurship, but through every chapter of my career, one thing remained constant: my greatest fulfillment has always come from caring for others and helping people feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.
That heart for service became the foundation of The Vale Collection. I believe life can be busy, demanding, and often overwhelming, and there is something incredibly meaningful about creating a place where people can simply arrive, exhale, and know they are being thoughtfully cared for.
My hope is to offer hospitality that goes beyond beautiful accommodations by anticipating the details, extending kindness generously, and creating experiences that leave our guests feeling not only rested, but truly valued.
At the center of everything I do are God, my husband and our three sons. They are my greatest purpose and the inspiration behind the legacy I hope to build—one rooted in hard work, kindness, humility, and putting others first. Through The Vale Collection, I hope to show my boys that meaningful work begins with discovering what you love, serving others well, and building something you are proud to stand behind.
Shanika Bellaphant
In-house Event Coordinator, Licensed Officiant & Notary PublicI’m originally from Hohenwald, Tennessee, and I bring a genuine love for celebrating life’s meaningful moments to my role as The Vale Collection’s in-house event planner.
As an experienced wedding planner and officiant, I love taking a guest’s vision and bringing it to life while thoughtfully managing the details behind the scenes. My goal is to make every celebration feel personal, beautifully considered, and effortless from beginning to end. I want our guests to feel completely present in the moments that matter most, with the confidence of knowing that every detail is being thoughtfully cared for.
Outside of The Vale Collection, I treasure time with my husband and children, love to travel, and can usually be found cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
I’m so very passionate about showing my children the value of following their dreams, discovering something they’re passionate about, and working hard to make those dreams a reality. I hope to lead by example and encourage them to pursue what brings them joy with dedication and purpose.
I’m a native of Franklin County and have always been proud to call this area home. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and family is a big part of my life. We have two children, Hunter and his girlfriend, Tatum, and Shaleigh and her boyfriend, Weston, as well as one grandchild who keeps life especially fun.
I began my career as a brick mason, a trade I worked in for 20 years. About 20 years ago, I decided to switch lanes and transitioned into commercial and residential carpentry. My years in the construction industry have given me extensive hands-on experience and a strong understanding of how homes and properties are built, maintained, and cared for—experience that translates naturally into property management.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs. I love getting away to the mountains, taking Jeep excursions, cooking, and simply enjoying time at home with the people who matter most.

Hi, I’m Chef Keshia, a Nashville native with more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Through my company, BōTANIQUE, I cultivate intentional, sensory-driven experiences for private and celebrity clients, as well as creative collaborators.
BōTANIQUE is a culinary lifestyle brand centered around celebrating the art of intimate gatherings and magical musings for the home, all through a botanical lens.
In my free time, I love being on the other side of the dining experience—trying new restaurants, visiting local farmers markets, and taking in art and beauty through museums and nature walks. I also enjoy rediscovering play and spending time with my toddler and the people I love most.
Private ChefTammy Kidd
For more than 25 years, food has been so much more than a career for me—it has been my passion, creative outlet, and one of the greatest ways I know to bring people together.
My culinary journey began in Oklahoma City after culinary school, though I like to say it may have really started during my Shoney’s days. Early in my career, I had the privilege of learning alongside incredibly talented chefs, including Chef Chip Sears, Giada De Laurentiis, and Phil Hach, whose influence helped shape the chef I am today. Those experiences taught me that being a chef is about far more than recipes—it’s about creativity, discipline, presentation, and, most importantly, the people you’re cooking for.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of cooking for presidential dinners, governors’ and military balls, delegation dinners, concerts, and special events, as well as competing in culinary competitions and earning medals along the way. I’ve also worked as a private chef, caterer, and food truck owner, preparing everything from intimate dinners to meals for large crowds.
I love drawing inspiration from different cultures and cuisines, then adding a little of my own personality to every dish. I believe we eat with our eyes first, so creating food that is every bit as beautiful as it is delicious has always been important to me.
After 25 years, I’m still learning, creating, and dreaming up what’s next. But what I love most hasn’t changed: watching people gather around a table and enjoy something I’ve made. I’ve learned that food is rarely just about what’s on the plate—it’s about the people, the memories, and the moments created around it.
Sandra Segovia
Hi, I’m Sandra—a licensed aesthetician, dog mom, and lover of all things beauty and self-care!
I grew up in Tennessee and have been working in the aesthetics industry for the past three years. I’m passionate about creating a space where my clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their own skin.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find me checking out the newest coffee shop in town, enjoying a little self-care of my own, or spending time with friends, family, and my pup, Oliver!

Hi! I’m Amber Adams, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for nine years, with many different yoga formats in my repertoire.
I specialize in intuitive, somatic movement for all levels. I love to transition creatively in ways that make sense for the body, all while moving to beautifully curated playlists. The most important thing to me is encouraging people to listen to and honor their own bodies. Move like YOU, not like me.
I’m also a sound practitioner. If you’re unfamiliar with sound therapy, I like to describe it as “a massage for your nervous system.” I play healing-frequency instruments in ways that promote balance within the body. I’ve completed a handful of trainings that have helped me understand my instruments and how to play them well, but I believe it’s the frequencies themselves that travel where they need to go within the body and do their important work—whatever that may be.
I love creating an atmosphere of peace, beauty, and empowerment in both my yoga classes and sound sessions, and I try to carry that same intention into the rest of my life. Whether I’m creating a lovely atmosphere at home for my family or gathering with friends, intentionality is very important to me.
I love feeling connected to nature—the earth, sky, wind, flowers, plants, wildlife, and moon. When I’m not facilitating a healing modality, you’ll usually find me spending time with the people I love, adventuring outdoors, listening to music, crafting, and finding little ways to make everyday life feel magical.

I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Cumberland Institute in 2000. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train in a variety of therapeutic approaches, with a focus on Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral Massage.
My approach is rooted in compassionate, holistic care, with the goal of helping each person feel restored, supported, and genuinely cared for. After building and leading Professional Massage Therapy in Decherd, I now practice in Winchester, Tennessee. I’m passionate about creating a calming, personalized experience and helping others feel their best, whether through restorative wellness or post-surgical recovery.
Outside of my work, I enjoy yoga, long walks, lake life, and spending time with my family.

Martini SpecialistI’m the founder of Tini Baby, a Nashville-based mobile martini bar and cocktail experience company.
After spending several years in sales and the medical aesthetics industry, I took my love of entertaining, hospitality, and a really good martini and turned it into Tini Baby. What began as a creative idea has grown into a business creating elevated cocktail experiences for weddings, corporate events, brands, and private celebrations throughout Tennessee.
Outside of Tini Baby, I love discovering new restaurants and martinis around Nashville, traveling, hosting friends, and spending time with my fiancé, Lee, and our cat, Biscuit.
I’m also happily planning my upcoming wedding and enjoying this special season of life.
Luke Tagarao
Licensed Massage TherapistI’m a graduate of the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage, where I learned to blend traditional Swedish techniques with the rhythmic flow of Lomi Lomi, an ancient Hawaiian healing art. While these modalities are an important part of my practice, my training extends beyond them. I’ve also studied Thai massage in Chiang Mai, myofascial release, and sports-related bodywork.
After graduating, I spent time living in off-grid communities in Hawaii, caring for the land and offering bodywork to those within the communities. Since moving back to Tennessee, I’ve been grateful to share my craft in Winchester and the surrounding areas. My work is centered around promoting deep relaxation, energetic balance, and complete body restoration.
In my free time, I enjoy nature-based activities such as hiking and traveling, as well as training and learning new skills.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to meet new people, hear their stories, and help each bride feel confident, beautiful, and completely herself on her wedding day. Being welcomed into such an intimate and exciting part of someone’s life is something I never take for granted.
When I’m not doing makeup, you can usually find me spending time with my sweet dog, Ember, and my husband, Meyrek. I’m also an avid reader and love nothing more than a cozy day with a good book!
